 The Endeavour Test System is complete solution for testing optical digital and analog encoders for electrical and functional test with high accuracy and high speed. The simplicity of this highly accurate tester is in its single modular tester card that can be interfaced via a high speed USB2.0 interface. SMU Capabilities are as below:
  • Analog Sampling Rate of 15Mega Samples/sec
  • Digital Sampling Rate of Up to 10 Mega Sample/seconds
  • Capable of capturing glitch of 133 nano-sec (as per Nyquist Theorem). Considering at least 5 times the signal frequency, the card can acquire glitch of 333 nano-sec
  • In 1 micro-sec can acquire 15 samples
  • Resolution for Voltage and Current Measurement is 14 bit
  • SMU equipped with 4 high current (>30mA) BNC and IDC channels
The Windows-based Endeavour Software is specially developed for 2-channel encoder testing.

Extensive graph features enable user to navigate to different signal of graph after testing. Graph data can be stored and also view back by using this software. Glitch detection can be easily viewed from graph. Sampling rate, length and iteration can be modified easily through GUI.

User friendly Engineering mode feature in UI enable user to modify Limit file and perform each or all test(s) straight away. Besides, Test Condition values are editable as well. Part files and Limit files can be added through the same GUI. It is easy for users to collect data for correlation analysis based on golden units. The system has a self-calibration feature that reduces calibration needs.

Test result and GNT details are shown on the spot in GUI for every DUT when in Production mode. Summary will automatically appears once the lot has ended. Users can choose to store the test results and summary in a selected drive or other storage before starting production.
